Life Is Too Complex. Simplify Nothing.

Life is complicated.

Fortunately, we have decided not to address this.

Complexity is a sign of maturity. Simple things are for children, startups, and early drafts. A truly advanced system cannot be understood at a glance, or even after sustained effort. If it could, it would already be obsolete.

Our systems reflect this wisdom.

They contain safeguards, contingencies, exceptions, and clarifications for scenarios that may never occur again, but might. Every additional layer increases resilience. Every workaround adds flexibility. Every unresolved dependency ensures that no single person ever bears responsibility.

Critics sometimes argue that this makes life harder, but this misunderstands the goal.

The goal is ease, no matter the cost. Even the cost of ease.
